Q3: Can I save or revisit past Anchor Packs?
Yes — they stay in your chat history unless you delete them.
Q4: What if Steadii gets something wrong?
No problem — you can regenerate the pack, tweak your description, or try again with more detail.
Q1: Do you collect personal or sensitive information?
No. We avoid collecting anything personal. Please don’t enter names, private details, or anything sensitive.
Q2: Who can see my chats or Anchor Packs?
Only you. Nobody else has access to your content.
Q3: Are my messages used to train AI models?
No — your messages are not used to train external AI systems.
Q4: How is my data stored?
Your chats and anchor packs are stored securely in our cloud database using industry-standard encryption. Only you can access your data inside the app, and you can delete any chat and/or anchor pack instantly.
Q5: Can I permanently delete my data?
Yes. Once deleted, chats and anchor packs disappear from your app immediately and move into a protected “soft delete” state. They are fully removed from our systems after 60 days.
Q1: Is Steadii a replacement for professional help?
No — Steadii offers supportive guidance, but it’s not a substitute for medical, legal, or mental-health professionals.
Q2: What shouldn’t I use Steadii for?
Avoid entering medical info, legal details, or highly sensitive personal data. The app can’t diagnose, advise, or treat anything.
Q3: Can Steadii help in emergencies?
No. If you’re in danger or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services right away.
Q4: Does Steadii guarantee results?
No. Steadii provides perspective, mindset shifts, and suggestions on what to think about — but every situation is unique, and outcomes are ultimately shaped by you.

Q1: Do I need a subscription to use Steadii?
Not at all. Everyone gets a monthly free allowance of Anchor Packs. Subscriptions unlock higher limits.
Q2: What subscription options are available?
Weekly, Monthly Lite, Monthly Unlimited, and Annual Unlimited — each with its own fair-use quota.
Q3: How is billing handled?
All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Q4: What happens when I cancel?
You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period. After that, you move back to the free tier.
Q5: Do unused Anchor Packs roll over?
No. Each cycle resets your allowance fresh.
Q6: My subscription isn’t unlocking — what do I do?
Restart the app or tap “Restore Purchases.” This solves most syncing issues.
Q1: Do I need an account to use Steadii?
No — you can use the app completely anonymously.
Q2: Can I use Steadii on multiple devices?
With anonymous mode, data stays on your device. Multi-device syncing will be introduced when account support arrives.
Q3: Can I delete my account in the future?
Yes. Once accounts are available, you’ll be able to delete everything permanently.
Q4: How is my data backed up?
Right now, it’s stored on your device. Cloud backup will come with the future account system.
Q1: What happens when I delete a chat?
It disappears instantly from your app and moves into a secure soft-deleted state.
Q2: How long is deleted data kept?
For up to 60 days. After that, it’s permanently erased.
Q3: Can I request faster deletion?
Yes — reach out to support and we’ll remove it sooner if needed.
Q4: Why keep deleted chats for 60 days?
It protects you from accidental deletions and helps with rare operational issues.
Q5: Will you ever restore deleted chats automatically?
No. A restore only happens if you request it during the 60-day window.
Q1: My Anchor Pack isn’t generating — what now?
Check your connection and try again. Most issues fix themselves within a moment.
Q2: My subscription isn’t syncing.
Restart the app or tap “Restore Purchases.” This usually solves it.
Q3: The app feels slow or stuck.
Force-quit and reopen. If it continues, update to the latest version.
Q4: How do I report a bug?
Use the in-app support form or email our team directly.
Q5: Why was I logged out or reset?
This can happen after big app updates, but no data is ever removed unless you chose to delete it.

Steadii runs on most modern iPhone and Android devices.

iOS 15+ or Android 9+ is recommended for the best experience.
Q3: Does Steadii work offline?
You can view previously created Anchor Packs offline, but generating a new one requires an internet connection.
Q4: Does Steadii use much data?
Not really — Anchor Pack generation uses very little.
Q5: What AI service does Steadii use?
Steadii uses OpenAI’s latest large-language-model technology to generate Anchor Packs quickly and safely. Your messages are processed securely and are not used to train external models.
